I’ve been doing hair for 11 years, all at Salon Envy! I apprenticed under our owner Amy Sanders. I love my job, my relationships with my clients and making people feel beautiful!
I work Monday’s, Thursday’s and Saturdays. When I’m not at the salon, I’m a busy wife and mom to 3 kids!
Alyssa has been with Salon Envy since April 2016. She started her career in hair because she realized she always loved doing friend’s hair in college and high school. When she finished her hair school she spent 3 months furthering sharpening her skills in styling and makeup. She specializes in women’s color but loves all cuts just as much. Go see her for fun colors that last.
Becky grew up here in Bethany and is a wonderful mother of two wild boys. After college and traveling abroad, Becky decided to attend hair school. She attended Duncan Brothers School of Hair Design and graduated in December 2003. She loves her profession and making people look and feel great! She is certified in Copolla Keratin treatment and loves to color hair! Her goal is to “Keep Bethany beautiful, get a haircut!”
“I have been doing nails for going on 2 years now. Before I fell in love with nails, I was a hairstylist for 4 years. I was then introduced to the nail care world and completely fell in love with everything it had to offer. I offer an array of Services including Manicures, Pedicures, Gel Manicures and the new SNS Dip Powder. I love what I do and being able to pamper my clients is one of my favorite things. I specialize in an experience not just a service.”
Mary has worked in the hair industry for 16 years; recently joining the Salon Envy team from managing at Duncan Brothers Salon. Her and her husband, Brian, have 2 beautiful kids. If she is not in the salon, you can find her at the local ball fields. Mary loves to take care of the whole family, from baby to grandpa! She is always accepting new clients and would love the opportunity to make you feel great.
Amy Sanders was trained as an apprentice at Lisa Marie Salon in 1999-2000. She then continued her career there until 2004, when she decided to open up her own salon. Salon Envy opened in June of 2004 with only 3 hairstylists and 1 nail tech. Amy is proud of her shop and staff, and loves coming to work everyday!!
“I am proud to be a cosmetologist/hairstylist at Salon Envy. I graduated from Central State Beauty Academy and have been in this industry for 8 years. I LOVE what I do!! It’s not just a job, it’s a great career where I get to make every person that sits in my chair feel good about themselves. I get to meet so many new people everyday who want a different look; and I get to help them accomplish that. I welcome new clients for any services such as haircuts, waxing and color. I look forward to seeing you and using my skills to make you look and feel great!”
